General Terms & Conditions
Please read our General Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Included in the Rate
• The rate includes a uniformed chauffeur with a phone, fuel, and maintenance costs.
Night Charges
• Night charges apply for trips between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. These charges are similar to outstation night charges.
Time and Mileage
• Time and mileage are calculated from the garage to the garage. If the trip ends at a different location, additional charges may apply.
Transportation Assignments
• For Local Running it will be as per 8hrs 80kms and for travelling out of city There is a minimum of 250 km running per day for outstation assignments. Driver allowance charges will also apply.
Belongings
• RK Travels Experience is not responsible for any items left behind in the vehicle or for any losses. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
Itinerary
• Please provide the route or places to visit before the trip starts and write them on the duty slip.
Duty Slips
• Any discrepancies in time and mileage should be noted on the duty slip before completing the service. Signed duty slips are used for billing and payments.
Payments
• Basic package payments should be made in advance. The balance must be paid within 30 days of the invoice. Errors in bills must be reported within 5 days. Billing can be presented immediately, weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Cancellation Charges
• Economy/Executive Cars:
• No charge if canceled 4 hours before duty time.
• If canceled within 4 hours or in case of a no-show, a half-day rate (4 hrs/40 km) or the actual cost will apply.
• Luxury, Royale, Vans, and Coaches:
• No charge if canceled more than 48 hours before duty time.
• If canceled within 48 hours, a full-day rate (8 hrs/80 km) will apply.
Refund Policy
RK Travels Experience
We aim to make our refund process clear and straightforward. Here’s how it works:
Refunds for Cancellations
• Cancellations Outside the Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a booking that doesn’t fall under our cancellation policy, we will issue a 100% refund, provided no costs have been incurred by our company. If costs have been incurred, these will be deducted from your refund.
• Peak Season Cancellations (October to March): If you cancel a booking during our peak season, we will conduct a thorough investigation before issuing a refund. The refund amount will be subject to approval based on the investigation’s outcome.
• No Show: No refunds will be given if you do not show up at the scheduled reporting time.
• Refund will be made within 7-10 working Days after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy.
